Managing large projects reguires good skills in both planning and working as well as good production facilities. B. Rustfrit Stål possesses both.

At B. Rustfrit Stål we have many years of experience in managing large and complex projects, helped by our planning system as well as our skilled and experienced foremen and blacksmiths, who through the years have built up a valuable experience in assembling and testing of larger plants.

In recent years our factory has been expanded with particular a new production hall, which enlarges our total production area to 5500 m2. With a lifting crane, which lifts up to 4000 kg. at a maximum height of 7 meters, we can handle even very large objects.

We have in collaboration with a customer produced, assembled and delivered several large conveyor plants to both Mexico, Germany, Iraq and the U.S. Through the years we have developed and refined the production process and flow, and have broken the overall projects down into smaller productions using a very visual planning system.

We have for another customer produced and delivered a facility for the pharmaceutical industry in Israel. The Pharmaceutical industry is in large parts of the world incl. Israel subject to very strict regulations regarding the FDA approval concerning quality, safety and traceability.

Likewise, in the spring we have produced, assembled and delivered a complete conveyor for freeze-drying of coffee for the same customer. The plant has been delivered in China. The project has been a both exiting and educational process which has build additional competencies in our staff in the project department. Also, our customer is very satisfied with the process and has great confidence that we in the future can manage similar and also larger projects.
